Intuit has announced an upcoming price increase for QuickBooks Online (QBO), which will take effect on the July 2025 billing cycle. This change will affect all QBO subscription tiers.

- Who is affected: Clients currently subscribed to QBO or considering a new subscription.
- What’s changing: Monthly subscription fees for QBO plans will increase as follows:
- QuickBooks Simple Start – $38 (currently $35)
- QuickBooks Essentials – $75 (currently $65)
- QuickBooks Plus – $115 (currently $99)
- QuickBooks Advanced – $275 (currently $235)
- Payroll Core – $50 + 6.50 per employee (currently $50 + $5.10)
- Payroll Premium – $88 + $10 per employee (currently $85 + $7.65)
- Payroll Elite – $134 + $12 per employee (currently $130 + $9.35)
