John Edson, CPA/ABV/CFF, CMA, CVA is a Principal who advises clients on accounting, auditing and tax services that help them reap the benefits and rewards of their work. As a CPA accredited in business valuation (ABV) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), John leads our Business Valuation department and prepares business valuations for purposes of buying or selling a business, gift and estate purposes, buy/sell agreements, purchase price allocations and intangible asset impairment testing or shareholder disputes.
