We are pleased to announce the leadership transition within our firm as Mike Malugani assumes the role of Firm Managing Principal. Mike will succeed Steve Erchul, who has diligently served as the Firm Managing Principal for the past decade. Under Steve’s guidance, our firm has witnessed a remarkable evolution, characterized by numerous positive changes and substantial growth.
Steve was instrumental in the firm’s mergers with Graves, McKenna, Lundeen and Almquist, and BPK&Z, along with the combination of the Edina and Maplewood offices into the current Twin Cities office. Firm revenue has more than doubled during his tenure.
